A problem conserning Internet Explorer 7.No,i dont use crap.I just tried to check windows update for any updates and voila!I got that.It seems that it has to do with corrupted installation of IE7 or upgrading from windows xp home to windows xp pro.In any case,all you have to do is uninstall IE7 and reinstall.
To uninstall use this command in the run box(assusimng your windows dir is in c:\)

c:\windows\ie7\spuninst\spuninst.exe

Restart and install IE 7 again.
